Locally owned, working the Lowcountry since 2018.
I started HHI Pressure Washing Guys in 2018. When you call, you get me. I answer the phone, I write the estimate, and I am on the job.
Most of what we clean here comes down to one thing: this climate is hard on houses. Salt air, marsh humidity, long warm seasons and heavy live-oak canopy mean algae and mildew take hold on siding, roofs and concrete faster than they do almost anywhere else. A Hilton Head roof can go from clean to streaked in a couple of years. That is not neglect, that is just the Lowcountry.
So the work is less about pressure and more about knowing what each surface can take. Shingles get soft washed, never pressure washed, because that is what the manufacturers call for and because high pressure strips the granules that make a roof last. Stucco, painted siding, screened enclosures and older brick all want different handling. Getting that judgement right is most of the job.
Landscaping gets pre-wet before anything is applied and rinsed afterwards. Solutions are biodegradable. It is the step that gets skipped on a cheap job, and it is why people end up with scorched foundation plantings.
Soft house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and dock cleaning, screened porch and lanai cleaning, outdoor furniture restoration, and commercial exterior work.
We cover Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and Okatie. If you are just outside that, call and ask and we will tell you straight.
Licensed and insured. Certificate available on request, and property managers are welcome to ask for it up front.
Every job gets a written estimate before we start, so the number you hear is the number you pay. If something is not right, tell me and we will come back.
The gallery has real before and after photos from jobs across all three towns, and there are more on our Google profile. If you want to read what customers say, that is the honest place to look.
Questions about method, timing or what a particular surface needs? Call (843) 564-2880 and ask. I would rather talk it through than have you guess.
